B. Nature of the Service

Getene Vusesu provides a series of educational webinars focused on the psychology of financial behavior and decision-making. The content of these webinars is informational and educational in nature. It is not financial advice, investment advice, psychological therapy, or any form of professional counseling.

Nothing presented in the webinars, on this website, or in any accompanying materials constitutes a recommendation, suggestion, or instruction regarding any specific financial decision. Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

C. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, session recordings, worksheets, and summary notes, is the intellectual property of Getene Vusesu or is used with appropriate permission. This content is protected by Polish copyright law (Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych) and applicable EU intellectual property law.

Registered participants are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use session materials for their own private, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit redistribution, reproduction, or public presentation of any materials without prior written consent.

D. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or any session materials in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: recording or redistributing session content without authorization; sharing access credentials with persons not registered for the session; using session content for commercial purposes; and engaging in any conduct within participant discussion spaces that is abusive, harassing, or discriminatory.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any participant who breaches these terms, without obligation to issue a refund.

E. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Polish law, Getene Vusesu accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the website or participation in webinar sessions. This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. The website and session content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, except those implied by applicable Polish consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Polish or EU law.
